Therapy and coaching both support growth but they serve different purposes:

  • Therapy helps you process past experiences, gain deeper insight into your thoughts and feelings, and support emotional well-being.

  • Coaching builds self-awareness, clarifies goals, boosts confidence, and drives action.

Sometimes the best results come from both:

✔️ Coaching = achieve your “what’s next
