About Me

I know what it's like to feel stuck. I also know what it takes to change careers, countries and languages, because I've done all three.

I spent more than 20 years in management roles at the World Bank, the OECD, the Norwegian Red Cross and the Norwegian Refugee Council. Along the way I lived and worked in six countries, from the US and Canada to France, Norway, India and Sri Lanka. Each move meant learning a new culture, and often a new language. Each role meant finding my footing all over again.

Those experiences shape how I coach. I'm a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC™), trained at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I bring both the training and the lived experience to help you through your own transition.

Roberta's calm demeanor and astute prompts for reflection helped me to ground my thoughts and push through some serious barriers during my professional transition. I thank her for all of her support and skill.
