Q&A
What is Gestalt coaching?
Gestalt Coaching blends traditional methods with Gestalt principles, emphasizing awareness, presence, and co-creation. Focusing on the here and now, the process is guided by your unique experiences, emotions, and perceptions. Through creative experimentation and a collaborative partnership, meaningful change and growth emerge.
How do I start?
Your coaching journey begins with a free initial consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, we’ll sign a coaching agreement outlining roles, responsibilities, and practical details like confidentiality, schedules, and fees. Sessions are held virtually, about twice a month.
What is your approach to coaching?
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore possibilities, gain awareness, and take ownership of your choices. I’ll encourage, support, and challenge you when needed.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions typically last one hour.
