I work with professionals at moments of change—when something no longer fits, and the way forward isn't yet clear.

Sometimes change means reshaping a current role. Sometimes, it means letting it go. In both cases, the goal is the same: a way forward that feels right.

My background spans more than 20 years in leadership roles across international organizations, including the World Bank, OECD, the Norwegian Red Cross, and the Norwegian Refugee Council. I have worked in complex, high-performing environments, where expectations are high and paths are rarely straightforward. I understand both the external demands—and the internal questions—that come with this. I've seen how easy it is to continue on a path that no longer fits—not for lack of ability, but for lack of space to reflect and choose differently.

This work creates that space.

When you reach a point where something needs to change—whether by choice or circumstance—it can be useful to step back and think it through, properly.

When you're ready, we begin with a conversation.
