I work with professionals at moments of change—when something no longer fits, and the way forward isn't yet clear.

Sometimes change means reshaping a current role. Sometimes, it means letting it go. In both cases, the goal is the same: a way forward that feels right.

My background spans more than 20 years in leadership roles across international organizations, including the World Bank, OECD, and the Norwegian Red Cross. I have worked in complex, high-performing environments, where expectations are high and paths are rarely straightforward. I understand both the external demands—and the internal questions—that come with this. I've seen how easy it is to continue on a path that no longer fits—not for lack of ability, but for lack of space to reflect and choose differently.

This work creates that space.

When you reach a point where something needs to change—whether by choice or circumstance—it can be useful to step back and think it through, properly.

When you're ready, we begin with a conversation.
